KTagRadar collects business contact and account information for a B2B public-record intelligence service. KTagRadar does not collect, infer, store, transmit, or display resident-level data.
Customer Data
KTagRadar may collect business contact information from sample requesters and subscribers, including email address, company name, state preferences, and service category preferences.
Public CMS Data
KTagRadar stores public CMS-derived facility and deficiency records with source fields, raw payloads, content hashes, and source URLs for traceability.
No Resident-Level Data
KTagRadar does not collect, infer, store, transmit, or display resident-level data of any kind.
Email and Unsubscribe
Commercial email will include sender identity, unsubscribe mechanisms, and the required CMS-not-affiliated disclaimer.
Access, Correction, and Deletion
Customers may request access, correction, export, or deletion of business account information by contacting Pearllabs@icloud.com. Some operational, audit, backup, tax, payment, and public-record source data may be retained where required for security, compliance, dispute handling, or source traceability.
