These terms describe KTagRadar's public-record information product, customer responsibilities, and launch-stage operating limits.
Information Product
KTagRadar provides source-linked public-record intelligence for contractors and consultants. It does not provide legal, engineering, healthcare, compliance, or certification services.
Public Data Attribution
KTagRadar uses publicly available CMS nursing-home datasets and adds classification, routing, and brief generation. The underlying public records remain attributable to CMS.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for independently reviewing source records and consulting qualified professionals before acting on any information.
No Facility Outreach by KTagRadar
KTagRadar does not contact nursing homes, skilled nursing facilities, residents, or families as part of the MVP product.
